Companies founded or registered&nbsp;on or after January. 1, 2025, must submit a BOI report&nbsp;within 30 calendar days&nbsp;of registration. Companies must file updated or corrected BOI reports&nbsp;within 30 days&nbsp;of any modifications or updates to their company information or beneficial owners.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Failure to comply may lead to civil penalties of $500 per day of non-compliance and criminal penalties of up to $10,000 in fines and\/or up to two years in jail.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We encourage you to file the BOI as soon as possible.
