Originally from Marseille, France, born to one American parent and a French one, I grew up in a bi-cultural home.  I moved to the U.S. to complete my post-high school studies in 1997 and became a graduate of Brandeis university in 2001 (B.A.) and Northeastern School of Law (2005, Juris Doctor).  I had the opportunity to live, study, and work abroad including in France and throughout the United States.  I was admitted to the New York Bar in 2006.

During law school, I interned for various firms, including at Coudert Freres in its International Arbitration Department.  I began my career as a judicial clerk for Justice Ramos at the Commercial Division in 2005, handling complex commercial cases as part of the Supreme Court of the New York State.  I then focused my general commercial practice at two New York law firms focusing on commercial transactions and employment law and, in 2011, was in-house counsel to a business management startup setting up the company’s legal structure.  Before founding my firm, I was an associate in a New York law firm, for many years, focusing my practice on the creation, acquisition, and representation of American subsidiaries of foreign companies.

The bottom line is, I have counseled many businesses over the years.  If you have an issue, I have most likely dealt with it before and, if not, I know where to find answers.

Originaire de Marseille, en France, née d’un parent Américain et d’un Français, j’ai grandi dans une maison biculturelle.  J’ai déménagé aux États-Unis pour terminer mes études post-secondaires en 1997 et fus devenue diplômée de l’université Brandeis en 2001 (B.A.) et Northeastern School of Law (2005, Juris Doctor).  J’ai eu l’occasion de vivre, d’étudier et de travailler à l’étranger, y compris en France et dans l’ensemble des États-Unis.  J’ai été admise au Barreau de New York en 2006.

Pendant mes études de droit, j’ai fait un stage pour divers cabinets, notamment chez Coudert  Frères dans son département d’arbitrage international.  J’ai commencé ma carrière en tant que greffier judiciaire pour le juge Ramos au sein de la Division commerciale en 2005, traitant des affaires commerciales complexes dans le cadre de la Cour suprême de l’État de New York.  J’ai ensuite concentré ma pratique commerciale générale dans deux cabinets d’avocats new-yorkais axés sur les transactions commerciales et le droit de l’emploi et, en 2011, j’ai été conseillère juridique interne d’une start-up de gestion d’entreprise mettant en place la structure légale de celle-ci.  Avant de créer mon cabinet, j’ai été collaboratrice dans un cabinet d’avocats de New York, pendant de nombreuses années, en concentrant ma pratique sur la création, l’acquisition et la représentation de filiales américaines de sociétés étrangères.
